Admission And General Rules

Admission and Withdraw
  • Admissions are open for both boys and girls.
  • Age 3+ on or before 31st July are eligible to be admitted in LKG.
  • Birth certificate must be produced at the time of admission for KG Classes.
  • Admissions for other classes depends upon the availability of seats.
  • Transfer Certificate is must for admission to classes from II- std onwards.
GENERAL RULES
  • All students must come to school in time with full/neat Uniform. Make sure that Uniform is in prescribed colour and pattern. Students will not be permitted to attend class if found in improper uniform and parents will be called to take their ward from school .
  • Colour dress is allowed only on birthdays for classes from KG to VIII Std only. With proper dress code.Low hip tight Pants, ¾ th pants NOT ALLOWED
  • Personal cleanliness is very important to all the students. The nails of the students will be verified every Monday. They should be perfectly trimmed and kept clean/li>
GIRLS ARE NOT ALLOWED
  • To do unnecessary make up
  • Nail polish/ grow long nails
  • Accessories of any kind (expect small ear-ring) including anklets fancy clips and watches
  • Long ear rings
  • Skirts above knee, tight dresses, sleeveless garments, T-shirts , jeans etc.,
  • To colour/ streaked hair and tattoos.
BOYS ARE NOT PERMITTED

Students are not allowed to go out of the school during school hours without the proper permission from the Principal. Leaving school without any intimation can be viewed seriously and disciplinary action will be taken against that particular student.

If a student is unwell he/she should report immediately to the teacher / in- charge teacher. The teacher will contact the parents if necessary. Students should not make their own arrangement to contact parents or go home without permission .Utmost cleanliness must be observed in the school premises. Students should Co- operate with the cleaning staff by not throwing pieces of paper, skins of fruits, chocolate papers, food waste etc., Dust bin should be used Strict regularity, implicit obedience, politeness courtesy in speech and conduct,

Cleanliness are rigidly insisted upon.Writing or Scribbling on the desk, benches, walls or anywhere else is strictly prohibited.

No Books (other than text Books) newspapers, periodicals, CD’s, pen drives, memory cards, mobile phones I Pad’s or any other electronic items found in possession of the student, disobedience, irregular attendance, copying, fighting with others, teasing, absenting important school functions will lead to immediate suspension or dismissal from the school.(READ RIGHT AND RESPONSIBILITY PAGE CLEARLY)

Students are responsible for their personal belongings such as books, notes, pen, lunch boxes etc., Wearing gold ornaments / Fancy watches are strictly prohibited. School takes no responsibility for their loss.

Students / Parents must avoid gifting of any kind to any staff.

Students should maintain full discipline. They must observe silence while walking through the corridor or moving up and down the staircase. A high standard of behaviour is expected at all times including after school both inside/ outside school campus.

Regarding withdrawing students from the school the parents should submit a requisition letter addressed to the Principal. Transfer Certificate will be issued within 10 days from the date of submission of the requisition letter. TC will be issued only after the payment of all dues. The student leaving the school during the middle of the year

should pay fees for the whole year. No Transfer certificate will be issued until all fees/ dues are paid in full. School fees should be paid on or before 12th of every month. School fees is collected for all 12 months. No reduction is allowed for leave days.

School curricular / Promotion details: Annual promotion will be based on three terms tests and terminal examinations. Promotions at the end of the year will depend on the performance of the student during the Terminal Examinations, Annual exam and attendance percentage. Result of examinations once decided is final and no appeals will be entertained after the results are published. Continuous and comprehensive evaluation policy as per the education rules in being implemented under which the students are evaluated in academic (including assignment / project work etc.,) activities and personality development throughout the year.
